Initial Site Visit & Consultation

Our process begins from the point of initial contact, when we take the time to learn and understand what types of services are needed and wanted, whether it’s a small raised garden bed design, large kitchen garden design with structures, or any other custom project. From there, we will schedule an on-site consultation at your property where we’ll explore your wish list and goals, ideas, design style, and budget in order for us to gain a clear understanding of your vision and how we can best serve you.

Design Phase

Following the design consultation, a cost proposal will be provided that includes the following items:

• Site layout and garden design

• Any hardscaping items such as greenhouse, sheds, potting bench, etc.

• Types of plants for edible landscaping such as berry bushes, fruit trees, etc.

• Up to two design revisions

Installation

Once a design has been selected, a cost proposal will be provided that includes the following items, as requested:

• Detailed drawings for construction

• Product selection

• Cost Estimating

• Permitting (if required)

• Coordination with subcontractors

• Construction oversight

• Installation of raised beds, trellis, potting benches, etc.

• Planting plans, sourcing of plants and materials, and planting

Observation & Maintenance

We offer follow-up services that include further assessment and design, short-term maintenance, garden sitting, and end of season clean-up.
